ROOKS, LAWRENCE MICHAEL Age 61, died Monday, September 22, 2014. Michael was preceded in death by his father Stanley Jim Rooks; sister Maralyn Mugan and brother Ronnie Rooks. He is survived by his wife, Maria; his mother, Maxine Chavez; children, Daniel Rooks, Dominic Rooks and his wife Shannon, Marco Delgado - Partin and Vandolee Nixon; Brother, James Rooks; Sisters Loretta Rooks, Kimberly Rodriquez and Renee Rooks; and 5 Grandchildren. Mike was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed camping. He was the supervisor in home construction for many years. Michaels' Life Celebration Mass will be held Saturday, September 27 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griego NW 87107.
