MCKENNA, KATHLEEN ANN May 22, 1951- September 8, 2014 Our beautiful Irish Rose, Kathleen Ann McKenna, passed peacefully into heaven and into the loving arms of her father and mother, NM State Supreme Court Justice Thomas F. (Jane) McKenna; grandparents US Congressman Harris (Helen) Ellsworth; James (Eleanor) McKenna on September 8, 2014. Born and raised in Santa Fe, Kathie spent her professional years in the Hotel/Motel industry until opening her property management company, Intermountain Lodging, in Park City, UT in 1982. She retired to ABQ in 2011. She is survived by siblings, Marita (Scott), Leesburg, VA; Thomas (Pamella Grossi), ABQ; Michael, Jacksonville, FL; Tricia (Scott Kuszmaul), ABQ; nephews/niece Matthew, Thomas, Lorenzo, Harrison, Maura; along with a host of loving cousins and friends. Kathie was a gentle giving soul, renaissance woman, widely traveled and will be greatly missed. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Graveside service will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
