HERRERA, JOHNNY "SHORTY" Johnny, age 33, "A one of a kind" and beloved resident of Albuq., NM. He was born on 8/25/80 and peacefully and unfortunately passed away on 7/22/14. He is survived by his girlfriend Leeann Olguin and unborn baby girl Johnny Lee Herrera; daughter Mireyna Herrera; son Phillip Carrillo; and their mother Mireille Elizondo; mother Geraldine Herrera; brothers Mariano and Carlos Herrera, Joe and Roberta Serna, and Andrew Griego. He was preceded in death by his brother Roy Serna. He was loved by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. We will all have a sense of emptiness without Johnny but full of his unbelievable and great memories to pass on to his children and unborn baby girl Johnny Lee, Mireyna and Phillip. Services will be held on Monday, the 28th at the Holy Family Church located at 562 Atrisco Drive at 8:30am, Mass and burial will follow. Reception will be held at 226 Washington NE. Pallbearers will be: Phillip Carrillo, "Sonny" Aragon, Robert Serna, Matthew Serna, Joseph Serna and Isaiah Serna. Honorary pallbearer: Toy Baldwin, Gilbert Elizondo.
