GRIEGO, STEVE BELARAMINO "BILLY" Age 46, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on June 11, 1968, to Armando and Vivian Griego. He was preceded in death by his brother, Locario "Luckie" Griego. Steve is survived by wife, Cynthia M. Griego of Albuquerque, NM; parents, Armando and Vivian Griego of Albuquerque, NM; children, Dominic Griego (Ashley Garcia) of Edgewood, NM, Selean Griego and Angelo Griego of Albuquerque, NM; grandson, Luciano Griego of Edgewood, NM; siblings, Gregg Griego, Raul (Annabel) Griego, Theresa Parlante, Anthony (Louise) Griego, Charles Griego, and Mizel Griego; mother-in-law, Teresa Elwood; brother-in-law, Brad (Kristy) Elwood and their children, Shawn Elwood and Sierra Elwood; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will take place from 5:00 PM until 7:00pm on Monday, July 21, 2014. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Monday, July 21,2014 at Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 10:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave NW, Albuquerque with Fr. Richard McGowan, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joseph Griego, Raul Griego, Anthony Griego, Charles Griego, Mizel Griego. Honorary pallbearers are Dominic Griego, Selean Griego, Angelo Griego, Louie Rael and Theresa Parlante. Steve will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
