LISENBE, SALLY Sally Lisenbe, age 60, passed away peacefully at her home in Albuquerque on Feb. 28, 2014. Sally was born October 17, 1953 in Tucumcari, NM. Her husband of 41 years was at her bedside at the time of her death. Sally was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Doug Lisenbe; son and wife, Ian and Edna Lisenbe, grandkids Aubrie, Nathalia, and Joshua; son and wife, Aaron and Melissa Lisenbe; grandkids Lexie and Tyler. Sally is also survived by her parents, John and Laury Vourazeris of Albuquerque. Sally also has five sisters: Kim and husband Jim of Albuquerque, Cindy and husband Terry Naylor of Anaheim, CA, Tammy and husband Peter deQuack of Albuquerque, Wendy and husband Jerry Borchardt of Maple Grove, MN, and Julie Franz of Elk River, MN. Sally suffered and battled with multiple sclerosis for many years yet maintained a beautiful home with no complaints. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening and as many pets as she could talk her husband into getting for her. Sally's favorite job was as a buyer of electronic parts for Dover Industries in Longmont, CO and she also worked in retail sales. Sally is loved by all her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Fond memories of her will have to suffice. At Sally's request there will be no formal service, instead she wished family and friends to come together to celebrate her life. Cremation was entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque.
