KELLY, LEWIS W. Lewis passed away on 07/25/13 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Rita G. Kelly of Rio Rancho; his son Domingo Kelly husband of Tina Kelly of Agoura Hills, California; son Lewis W. Kelly Jr. of Nogal, New Mexico; daughter Lisa Pullig, wife of Corey Pullig of San Diego, California, Genevieve K. Montoya, wife of Danny Montoya of Las Cruces, New Mexico, son Pablo Kelly of Albuquerque, sister Nancy Reijonen wife of Albert Reijonen of Portland Oregon, and sister Patsy Wach, wife of Ray Wach of Taunton, MA. He is also survived by grandsons, Owen Pullig, Luke Pullig, and granddaughter, Bonnie Montoya. Lewis worked in various mines in the western United States, including Grants, New Mexico, but primarily in the Silver City area where he was born. He spent the last few years of his life at the family ranch in Glenwood, New Mexico. Cremation will take place and services will be scheduled as soon as possible at St. Francis Catholic Church in Reserve, New Mexico. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Montoya, Corey Pullig, Charlie Sandoval, Danny Montoya Sr., Danny Fryar, Paul Kohman, Wayne Brown, and Albert Reijonen. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Santo Nino Catholic Church in Glenwood, New Mexico.
