She is survived by her husband, Gene Lucero and his five sisters and three brothers and their families; her parents, Robert and Frances Smith; sister, Debra L. Richardson and husband, Claude of Waldorf, MD; cousin, Shawn Fredrickson of Florence, AZ; two nieces and one nephew; and great-nieces and great-nephews. Private services will be held at a later date.
