REYNOLDS, IRENE Irene passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013. She was born on the border of Texas and Oklahoma to Lon and Esther Shinn. She was the middle of three children: Clayton, her older brother and Sally, her younger sister. Irene married Allen Reynolds in 1944. They were married for 63 years before his passing in October 2007. Irene is survived by her daughter, Bonnie McMurray of Tijeras, NM; her son, Patrick Reynolds and wife, Mary Ann of Albuquerque; four grandchildren, Sheri Barajas, Laurie Clark, Patrick Reynolds, Jr. and Joshua Reynolds; and 6 great-grandchildren. Al and Irene started Reynolds Auto Service in 1958. She made many friends over the years. One friend said "she didn't come here to lie around" and that's certainly true. Remembering her greeting of "Hello Honey", said with a Texas twang, we now send her off with "Goodbye Honey!" She was loved and will be missed. A memorial service will be held for Irene on Monday, March 11, 2013, 10:00 am at FRENCH - University.
