He is survived by most loving son James Edward Stump Jr; most helpful grandsons Arthur Encinas and Robert Chavez; brother Millard; sister Esther; other children James M., Cindy, Debbie, Gina and Jean; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Mr. Stump was an ex-police officer with APD for 18 years. He will be truly missed! And will always remain in our hearts.
