CHESNUT,VICKEY JO (ONEY) age 69, passed away peacefully in her home in Bartow, FL on October 24, 2012, where she resided only a few short months after a courageous battle with COPD with her daughter Crystal at her side. A devoted sister, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her sisters Rhonda and Carla; her children Jerry, Cindy, Crystal and Noel; her grandchildren Ashley, Holly, Wesley, Jordan, Lauren and Roman; and her great-grandchildren Chance and Kallie. Originally born in Albuquerque, NM she resided in Gilbert, AZ with her daughter Crystal, son-in-law Mark, and grandson Roman for the past nine years where she was a cherished member of their immediate family. She played a key role raising her loving grandson, Roman, since he was a four year old toddler. She loved visiting her son Jerry, his girlfriend, Amy, and her son Erik in Tucson where they embarked on many adventures together. She loved her books, her Nook and driving on the open road. Her quick smile could brighten any room; her warm heart made everyone feel welcome. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor her may contribute to a cause dear to her by making a donation in her name to their local Humane Society or the ASPCA.
