TROTTIER, ROLAND ADRIAN November 19, 1923 November 5, 2012 Rolan passed away after 88 years while living with family in Colorado Springs. He was born to Eugene and Louiselle (Savageau) Trottier on November 19, 1923 on a farming community a few miles south of Fargo, ND called St Benedict. He received 12 years of schooling from the Nuns at St Benedict School. He then proudly served his country in the Army. He returned to St Benedict and married Mary Lorraine Bernier on October 4, 1948 and lived in St Benedict until 1959 when he moved his family to Albuquerque, NM. He enjoyed camping and spending RV winters at Lake Havasu AZ and FL. He could definitely throw a horseshoe, one year becoming the New Mexico State Champion. He is survived by three sisters of a large farming family of 11 children, Lillian Cossette and husband Roland, Alida Utke and husband Wally and Rose Lohr who still live in Fargo ND to this day. He is also survived by all four of his children, Gary Trottier and wife Cathi of Colorado Springs CO, Mary Towns and husband Tony of St Petersburg FL, Ilene Morosetti and husband Jeff of Deland FL, and Leslie Trottier of Albuquerque, NM. He has six grandchildren, Michelle Kaemerer of Albuquerque NM, Sean Trottier of Denver CO, Jonathon Trottier of San Juan Capistrano CA, Tracey Trottier of Colorado Springs CO, Caine Baranich of St Petersburg FL, Melissa Trottier of San Juan Capistrano, CA; nine great-grand- children; as well as many nieces, and nephews of his brothers and sisters. A Memorial Services and family gathering will be held at 6:00 PM on November 14, 2012 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. A Rosary will be presented for family and friends at 7:00 PM. November 15, 2012, the family will gather at Daniels Family Funeral Services at 9:00 AM and proceed to Santa Fe National Cemetery, where he will rest quietly on the serene hillside next to his beloved wife, Lorraine Trottier who passed away in May of 2002. Upon returning to Albuquerque, there will be a Wake, hosted by John and Michelle Kaemerer.
