MCPHAIL -- JOHNNYE L. Age 90, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012. She was born in Vera, Texas and moved to New Mexico in 1938. A graduate of Albuquerque High School, she worked as a bookkeeper and seamstress. She has fond memories of the years that she lived and worked in Jemez mountains. Johnnye was a member of Job's Daughters, Daughters of the Nile, and Beta Sigma Phi. She was an avid bridge player, enjoyed reading, and excelled in arts and crafts. Johnnye was preceded in death by her husband, Bob McPhail and her parents, Hattie and Russell Robertson. She is survived by her daughters, Rockie Tonne and husband John; Robbie DeJonge; Jeri Kirkpatrick and husband Paul; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd. SE. Albuquerque, NM at 11:00 A.M. July 28, 2012.
