GRADY -- FRANK JAY Age 43, of Albuquerque, born June 22, 1969 in New Philadelphia, Ohio, passed away at University of New Mexico Hospital, Thursday, July 12, 2012 after a sudden illness. He had a passion for travel and camping and will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Jay is survived by his wife Nicole Johnson Grady of Albuquerque; daughter Lisa Garcia of Tijuana, Mexico; sons Connor and Trevor Grady of Erie, PA; father Dennis Grady of Las Vegas, NV; mother Wanda Grady of Brentwood, CA; brother Dennis Grady Patrick of Plymouth, MI; sister Alison Ormsby of Brentwood, CA; two grandchildren, a niece, and eight nephews.
