GUTIERREZ -- CARLOS B. Age 86, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ, on June 16, 2012. He was surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife Lucinda of 62 years. His children, Chris and wife Billie Jo, Lourdes and husband Michael, Adela, Linda and husband Ralph, Anna, Loretta, Jose; 38 grandchildren and great-grandchildren and their respective spouses. He was a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church for 49 years. Throughout his life he worked for the Santa Fe Rail Road, VA hospital and APS. He loved his family. He loved to make us laugh. He enjoyed drawing, watching wrestling and westerns. He loved the holidays, a good hot cup of coffee and being surrounded by his family. His closest relatives were Priscilla Martinez and her son Phil Martinez Jr., Lola and her daughter Irene, Juan Gonzales, Arsenia Gallegos, Florenio Alderete, Flora Lucero and nephew Michael Lucero. He was cherished and will be dearly missed. A Rosary will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. A Mass will be held at 10:00am Thursday, June 21, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment is to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
