SHARP -- FLOYD ELMER JR. A long-time resident of Albuquerque, passed away after a short illness on December 2, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Irene Sharp; son, Kevin Sharp of Menlo Park, CA; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Danielle Sharp and grandchildren, London, and Alexandra Sharp of Davis, CA; sister, Evelyn Leck of Davis, CA; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, April 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at French - Wyoming Chapel. A reception will follow at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or charity of choice.
