WHITAKER -- FANNIE F. Age 78, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 12, 2011. Mrs. Whitaker is survived by her children, Robert Whitaker and wife, Elayne Whitaker, Vanessa Whitaker, and Fred Whitaker and wife, Edna; a special niece, Mischel Crain; her grandchildren, Dee, Cory, Brenda, Rochelle, Erica, Leanne, Tim, Amber, Allonna, and Mariah; twelve great-grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Mrs. Whitaker was preceded in death by her husband, R.P. Whitaker; and her parents, Hubert and Tessie Burnley. Visitation will be Thursday, December 15, 2011 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., Pastor Darnell Smith, presider. Final visitation will be Friday in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Darnell Smith, presider. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Whitaker, Fred Whitaker, Cory Lucas, Tim Jones, Robert Blue, and Albert Garcia.
