PADILLA -- MARIA C. (CISSY) Born Aug 20, 1948 who was a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Sunday October 9, 2011. Our beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, friend has found peace and has been received into the arms of her Creator, angels, and her family in Heaven. Although she will be deeply missed, we know she is no longer in pain. Cissy was preceded in death by her father Onesimo Martinez. Cissy is survived by her mother, Diana "Nicha" Martinez; her two sons, Karl Padilla and Marty Padilla; one daughter, Alysha Martinez; two brothers, Everett Martinez (Eileen), Sonny Martinez (Aleta); four sisters, Nancy Tillett (David), Barbara Umstead (Matt), Denise Anderson (Morley) and Geraldine Martinez (Mike); one granddaughter; two grandsons; one great-grandson; and nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends who all loved her and will miss her. Rosary Memorial Service will be at Riverside Funeral Home at 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 225 San Mateo NE, Alb, NM, 87108, 505-764-9663. Mass on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 10:00 am at the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE, 87109.
