FLOWERS -- MICHAEL WADE "MIKE" Age 40, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2011. He is survived by his mother, Lesyle K. Flowers of Peralta; son, Steven Ramon Flowers; daughter, Amber Marie Flowers; sisters, Michelle Strickland and husband, Wayland of Peralta, Janice Lusk and husband, George of Albuquerque and Carla Corrales and husband, Joe of Albuquerque; brothers, Robert W. Flowers and wife, Dolly of Albuquerque, Ricky E. Flowers and, wife Lisa of Peralta; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. As well as Dale Mercer and wife, Gale of Peralta whom are considered extended family. Mike was preceded in death by his father, John D. Flowers Jr. and brother, Ronnie D. Flowers. Mike graduated from Cibola High School in 1989. He showed Arabian horses and was associated with the A.H.A.N.M. He owned and operated Cyberwolf Computers in Peralta. He also worked for Flowers Construction Inc. He was currently employed by Bernalillo County as a Maintenance Tech II. Services will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011, 2:00 p.m., at French - University, with Danny Miller officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Rick Flowers, Harley Flowers, Dale Mercer, Wayland Strickland, Joe Corrales and Edward McNeil. Friends may visit French - University, Sunday, October 16, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Should friends desire, contributions may be made to Albuquerque Christian Children's Home, 5700 Winter Haven Dr. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120-2643.
