SALAS -- RICHARD L. 63, joined his high school sweetheart and wife, Betty M. Salas, on Monday, August 15, 2011. He was born September 3, 1947 to Lorenzo and Sylvia Salas in La Joya, New Mexico. Richard is survived by his mother, Sylvia Salas; daughters, Dorothy Salas and Angela Salas; two grandchildren, Brittany Sena and Evan Nava; sister, Katherine Medina; brother, Anthony Salas and his wife, Ruby; and nieces and nephews. Richard was a loving man who always thought of others and will be deeply missed. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Monday, August 22, 2011 at St. Anne's Catholic Church (1400 Arenal Rd SW) at 10:30am, to be followed by a reception.
