HOPPER -- PAT STERLING Age 70, formerly of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011, in Amarillo, Texas. Memorial Services were held at Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bill Sizemore of Fellowship Baptist Church officiating. Pat was born on April 20, 1941, in Borger, Texas, to Floyd and Emily Sterling. She graduated from Borger High School in 1959. Pat married C.W. Hopper in Borger on Sept. 5, 1959. They lived in Albuquerque for 32 years where she was a football booster secretary and ran the concession stand at Wilson Stadium. Pat was preceded in death by her mother, Emily Fay Sterling in 2006. Pat is survived by her father, Floyd Sterling of Borger; husband, C.W. Hopper; two sons, Keith W. Hopper and wife Kristie of Vacaville, CA., Kevin W. Hopper and wife Francine of Albuquerque, NM; two sisters, Shirley Hammack and husband Paul and Sharon Looney and husband Brian, all of Fritch, Texas; one grandson, Jonathan Hopper of Vacaville, CA.
