BACA -- LUCY C. 1926-2011 Age 84, a resident of Adelino, NM, peacefully passed with her family at her side on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Tome, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents, Timoteo and Eufelia Baca Chavez; brothers, Benny, Raymond and George Chavez; and sisters, Frances and Jennie Chavez and Lita Scotillo. Lucy is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Herman Baca; five children, John Freeman and wife, Beverly, James Baca, Jeff Baca, Jessica Jarman and husband, Eric and Jeanette Autrey and husband, Pierre; three grandchildren, John Charles Freeman, Stephen Freeman and Samantha Jarman and four great-grandchildren, Daniel, Elisabeth, Nathan and Melanie Freeman; sister, Carmen Chavez; brother, Carlos Chavez. A visitation will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. A final visitation will be held at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Tome, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2011 with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Father Jose Hernandez presiding.
