PADILLA -- ROGER SR. Age 83 was born April 18, 1928 and passed away June 17, 2011. He was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque and grew up in Los Padillas. He worked 44 years for Butter Krust Breads (Meads). Roger started his career as a baker, then supervisor and retired as manager. Roger is survived by his wife Cecilia Padilla of 47 years; seven sons: Gary Padilla, Robert Padilla and wife Karla Hodge, Johnny Chavez, Ronald Padilla and wife Susan, Donald Padilla, Johnny Padilla and wife Sandra, and Roger Padilla Jr; six daughters, Antoinette Padilla and husband Roel Pavia, Jeanette Lopez, Sharon Lopez, Marlene Hernandez and husband Richard, Berna Chavez and husband Freddie, and Feliz Baca and Husband Isaac; 32 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Feliz Padilla; brother, Rumaldo Padilla; mother-in-law Rosa Chavez; and son-in-law Anthony Lopez. Pallbearers will be son Gary Padilla, and grandsons Juan Diego Chavez, Jared Padilla, Paul Lopez Jr., Ryley Padilla, Roel Pavia Jr., Javier Pavia, and Diego Pavia. **Daddy, life will never be the same without you!
