BUTLER -- Troy W. Butler, 74, a resident of Rio Rancho for three years, made his transition on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Dottie M. Butler; daughters Kim Toten and husband, Allen; and Donna Buffett and husband, John; sons Christopher Butler, Curtis Smith and Daryl Smith and wife, Tabatha; grandchildren Tiffany, Matthew, Rustina, Darylynne, Lakota, Tyler, Mitchell, and Lauren; and two great-grandchildren; sisters Joy Davidson and husband, T.J. and Betty Babovec and husband, Albert Lee; brother Terry Butler; and a large, extended family. Troy was a member of Chamisa Hills Country Club. He was a shuttle driver for American Toyota. Mr. Butler retired to New Mexico from Reading, PA to be close to family and friends. A service will be held Friday, March 4, at 2:00 pm at French - University Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
