Survived by wife Luzminda Dalahay, her children, Gloria, Gina, Injun, Cheril, Edwin, Jessie; daughter Jeanette Mortensen; grandsons, Joshua and Jason; son Michael Forse, his wife Jana; granddaughters, Mikaela and Marisa. Services will be held Wednesday, Januaray 26, 2011, 1:00 p.m., at Calvary Chapel, 304 Utah St., cross street Zuni. Reception to follow.
