Ted S. Forse, born March 7, 1936 went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ January 21, 2011. Survived by wife Luzminda Dalahay, her children, Gloria, Gina, Injun, Cheril, Edwin, Jessie; daughter Jeanette Mortensen; grandsons, Joshua and Jason; son Michael Forse, his wife Jana; granddaughters, Mikaela and Marisa. Services will be held Wednesday, Januaray 26, 2011, 1:00 p.m., at Calvary Chapel, 304 Utah St., cross street Zuni. Reception to follow.
