CANADA -- Lowrane W. Canada, 88 passed away on January 8, 2011 at her home in Rio Rancho, NM. Lowrane is survived by her two daughters, Priscilla Drummond and her husband David, of Albuquerque and Pamela Hoge and her husband John of Vancouver, WA; as well as three stepchildren, Dick,Mike and Judy Canada and their spouses; Lowrane had three grandchildren; and five great-grand children; as well as seven stepgrand children; and 20 stepgreat-grand children. She was "Nana Cee" to all of them. She was a member of Riverside Church of Christ and an active bowler until she was 83. The family would like to thank Total Community Care and the numerous caregivers at Sandia Springs Assisted Living for the dignity, care and love that was provided to Lowrane during her final illness. Services will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Animal Humane Association, Lowrane's favorite charity.
