SILVA -- Rudy Silva, age 64, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010. He was born in Winslow, AZ and was a resident of Albuquerque. Rudy served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed the out door sports like fishing and hunting. Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Kathy A. Lovato; his children, Marcus Silva, Valerie Maldonado and Adam, Nadine Lovato and Arturo; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three brothers; four sisters; and other numerous relatives and friends. Rudy will be greatly missed by all. Visitations will be today (Monday) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral services-Alameda Mortuary. A rosary will be recited Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m., at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, where the Service of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Casket Bearers will be Miguel Luna, Adam Esparza, Eric Esparza, Leon Vigil, Danny Robles, and Leroy Vigil, Jr.; Honorary Bearer will be Brian Gallegos.
