GALLEGOS -- Carrie Gallegos, 52, went to be with our Lord Tuesday August 3, 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Dennis Garcia and Bernie Garcia. Carrie is survived by her husband of 30 years Mike Gallegos of Rio Rancho; son, Michael Garcia and wife Renee of Albuquerque; daughters, Marie Gutierrez, Angelique Manriquez of Albuquerque, and Julia Gallegos of Albuquerque; sister-in-law, Kathy Garcia; six grandchildren; and two nieces. Special thanks to Jerry Garcia her caretaker. Carrie graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1976 and was very proud of her career at the Social Security Office. She enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother. Carrie's Life Celebration will begin Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church.
