ANDERSON -- Donald Arthur Anderson, 77, passed away suddenly in Albuquerque, NM on Sunday April 4, 2010 following a motorcycle accident. He was born January 17, 1933 in Adrian, MI to Ruford and Eldora Anderson. Don moved his family to Albuquerque in 1972, where he worked for Rust Tractor as a Diesel Mechanic until his retirement in 1997. Don spent his retirement doing what he loved, Hot Air Ballooning, attending NASCAR Races, doing home improvement, riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parent, 1 brother, 3 sisters and 1 step-son. He is survived by his brother, Clerc Anderson on Adrian, MI, his son, Michael Anderson of Mesa AZ, daughter Yvonne Anderson of Fowlerville, MI, son Paul Anderson and wife Ellen of Paducah, KY, son Roger Anderson and wife Colleen of Bloomfield, NM, daughter Susan Avery and husband Scott of Bloomfield, NM, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of customary remembrances the family asks you join them in remembering Don on Sunday April 11, 2010 at 1PM at the family home.
