BEESON -- Kenneth R. Beeson, a.k.a. "ANIMAL", passed away on February 27, 2010 at the age of 66. One of three children, he was born in National City, CA on August 22, 1943 to Milburn and Donna Beeson. In 1945, during WWII, Milburn was fatally wounded in Okinawa. Kenny and his siblings were adopted by their uncle, Ersel and aunt, Lydia Beeson. Kenny graduated in 1961 from Mar Vista High School in Imperial Beach, CA. he worked as a Journeyman Lineman for more than 40 years. In 1973 he joined IBEW Local 1002 in Tulsa, OK transferring to IBEW Local 611 in 1975. He worked for PNM's Line Department until his retirement on May 5, 199. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 1477, Sons of the American Legion Post 49 and Loyal Order of the Moose East Heights Lodge 2241. Besides his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by his adopted father, Ersel Beeson; wife, Debra Beeson; sister ,Gladys Hunt; and two sons, Clint and Travis Beeson. He is survived by his adopted mother, Lydia Beeson, Baton Rouge, LA; son, Justin Beeson, Paden, OK; three grandchildren, Bocephus Beeson, Fulton, MO, Dakota Beeson, Clarksville, AR, Sharon Beeson, Tulsa, OK; great-grandson, Kobe Beeson, Paris, AR; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him. He was "one of a kind." Memories of good times will be shared amongst family and friends in a celebration of his life at the Loyal Order of the Moose East Heights Lodge 2241 at 12825 Skyline Rd, Albuquerque, NM 87123, on Sunday March 14, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. 298-4668. Kenny's family and good friends Terry and Lorraine Green would like to thank all the friends, staff and members of IBEW Local 611, PNM Line Department and the Loyal Order of the Moose East Heights Lodge 2241 for their kindness, help and support during this time.
