VENN -- Ethel Allene Boroughs Venn, 69, has gone home to be with the Lord. She passed Saturday, March 6, 2010. She was born May 21, 1940 in Asheboro, North Carolina, the daughter of James B. and Lorraine Clifford Boroughs. She married Oliver Venn, June 27, 1959 in Albuquerque. Survivors include three daughters and two sons; Stephanie and husband, Danny Hernandez, Edinburg, TX; Virginia Venn, Albuquerque, NM; Donald and wife, Dina Venn, Albuquerque, NM; Brian and wife, Yosuko Venn of Japan; Mary Venn, Albuquerque, NM; seven grandchildren; one brother, Oliver Boroughs, Sacramento, CA; three nieces and one nephew. She was preceded by her parents and two infant brothers. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, March 13, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Alameda Bible Church, 220 El Pueblo Rd. NW, Albuquerque 87114 with Pastor Malcom Bicker officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Victory Christian School Building Fund (Same Address as the Church).
