CHENEY -- Lt. Col. Isabelle M. Cheney passed on January 31, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Cheney. Isabelle is survived by her sisters, Lillie Montoya and Lovella Montoya; brother, Gerald Montoya; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Services for Isabelle will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church with a Rosary to be recited at 8:00 a.m. and Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Arrangements by: Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 Third St. SW 247-4124
