| Lt. Col. Isabelle M. Cheney passed on January 31, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Cheney. Isabelle is survived by her sisters, Lillie Montoya and Lovella Montoya; brother, Gerald Montoya; and several nieces and nephews.
