BRASFIELD -- William Dabney Brasfield, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, October 16, 2009. He is survived by his wife Alice of Albuquerque; and nephew, Jim Dutli of Cleveland, OH. Bill was employed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory for 35 years, retiring as a Senior Designer in 1987. He had many interests, among them flying, travel, and photography. In retirement he served as a docent at the Albuquerque Museum and took up painting in pastels. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Albuquerque Museum.
