HAWKINS -- Rhonda L. Hawkins, 42, a life-long resident of Albuquerque died Thursday, July 30, 2009. She is survived by her husband of five years, Paul Hawkins; children, Tracey, Arthur, Alex, and Mary Jane; father, Sammy Lee Carter and wife, Elaine; mother, Barbara Graham; sister, Kellie Messer and husband, Toby; nephew, Tanner Messer; step-brother, Tony Martin and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her niece, Tyler Messer and step-sister, Natalie Martin. Rhonda was born on July 1, 1967 in Albuquerque and graduated from Manzano High School, Class of 1985. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her Life will be held at the Marriott Pyramid, 5151 San Francisco Rd. NE, Wednesday August 5, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rhonda Hawkins Fund, in her memory, at any Wells Fargo Bank.
