ROWLAND -- Dorothy M. Rowland, 71, born February 13, 1938, in Carter Nine, OK, has found peace on July 7, 2009. Dorothy was a long time resident of Alb, NM. She is survived by her loving children, son Greg E. Thompson, and daughter Clydene A. Thompson. Five grandchildren, Gregory E. Thompson, Nicholas A. Thompson, Amy Breyer, Crystal Breyer, and Ariel Barnes. Two great-grandchildren, Jaylin Clark, and Lacy Baker. Dorothy is also survived by one brother, Johnny Rush, and two sisters Carmen Churchman, and Theresa Fitter; as well as our uncle Keith Thompson. Burial Services will be held in Maize, Kansas, on July 25, 2009. Our mother was the light of our lives, she will never be forgotten and forever in our hearts, her laughter will always be in our spirits and her strength in our blood and her love in our lives. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all that knew her but never forgotten. A special thank you to Deborah Weissman, PA and all the staff at UNM SE Heights Clinic for taking such wonderful care of our mother.
