VIGIL -- Margaret Yvette Vigil born July 13, 1954, passed away suddenly at UCSD Hillcrest Hospital, San Diego, California on Sunday, May 31, 2009. She lived her formative years in NM, where she attended Albuquerque High School and TVI. Margaret moved to California and worked in hospital administration. She had a successful career and was nominated as the 2009 National Hispanic Business Woman of the Year. Margaret is survived by her two loving daughters, Ronda and Madeline Gomez; ex-husband, Ronald Gomez; sisters, Patricia Appel, Barbara Castro, and Sandra Alarcon; brothers, Alfonso Vigil, Daniel Payne, and Michael Payne; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at New Beginnings Church of God located at 3601 Montgomery Blvd. NE.
