COPPINGER -- Marguerite Wadsworth Coppinger, 88, a resident of New Mexico for over 50 years, passed away at home with her family Wednesday, May 20, 2009. She is survived by her son Wadsworth Coppinger and wife Elizabeth of Edgewood; daughters Carol Coppinger and Gail Coppinger-Martinez, both of Albuquerque; and grandchildren Benjamin Coppinger, Isabel Coppinger, Daniel Coppinger, Abelina Coppinger, and Caleb Coppinger. Mrs. Coppinger was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Coppinger and son Brian Coppinger. Marguerite received her Bachelors in Education at the University of Albuquerque. She taught for 14 years at Los Lunas Public Schools. Mrs. Coppinger also had a Bachelors degree in Music from Northwestern University and played piano throughout her life. Cremation has taken place and a Service will be held Monday, May 25, 2009 at 10:30 a.m, at French, Lomas Blvd. Chapel.
