VELASQUEZ -- Lorella Velasquez, 63, went to be with her Lord on April 26, 2009. She is preceded in death by her husband Gilbert Velasquez; mother Virginia Gonzales; and brother Raymond Gonzales. She is survived by her companion Trinidad Perez; sons, Robert Velasquez and wife Eleanor, Johnny Velasquez and wife Myra; sisters, Rachel Gonzales and husband Alfred, Rita Aguilar and husband Luis, and Linda Pedraza and husband Raul; grandchildren, Robert, Ariel, Gilbert, Luther, John-John and Esperanza Velasquez; three great-grandchildren. A Rosary for Lorella will be recited on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. The Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 412 Stover Ave. NW, internment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robert Velasquez, John Velasquez, Gilbert Velasquez, Luther Velasquez, Alex Cruz and Adrian Cruz.
