TUCKER -- Frances "Frankie" Averilla Tucker, 93, a resident of Albuquerque and formerly of Santa Rosa, passed away quietly on Friday, April 10, 2009 in the home of her daughter. Frances was born Feb 6, 1916 in Crandall, Texas to parents James Francis and Frances Othella Oliver. She came to New Mexico in 1929 with her family where her father worked for the railroad and WPA.
