KING -- Elizabeth "Libby" King passed away on February 23, 2009 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Libby was born in Waco, Texas on September 11, 1929. Libby will always be remembered as a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. Her interests included painting, travel, community service and most importantly, her family. Libby is survived by her daughter Mary Leggott Guerga and husband Philippe, and sons Tom Leggott and wife Susan and John Leggott and wife Valerie. Her grandchildren, the love of her later life, include Kathrine, Kristen, Zoey, Kyle, Gabe, Shane, Michael and Allison. Her great-grandchildren are Oriane and Carolyn. A Memorial Service will be held at the home of John and Valerie Leggott on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Manzano Del Sol Nursing Home, whose staff provided such loving care to Libby.
