CRAWLEY -- Rita Sue Crawley, age 64, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008. She was born on December 17, 1944 in Eldorado, AR to J.E. and Artie Pinckard. Sue was a former member of The Word of Faith Church in Albuquerque where she played the piano for services. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Surviving are her son, William Crawley Jr. and his wife, Kelli of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, B.J., Sarah, Rebekah and Mary; her mother, Artie Pinckard of Albuquerque; father of her son, William Crawley Sr. of Albuquerque; one sister, Beth Hensley and her husband, Don of Albuquerque and one brother, James Pinckard and his wife, Vionna of Las Cruces, NM; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, J.E. Pinckard in 1993. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, Tuesday, December 30, 2008, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association of New Mexico, 2625 Pennsylvania NE, Suite 225, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
