BENAVIDEZ -- Boleslo P. Benavidez (Tata), 93, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 8, 2008. Mr. Benavidez is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Mrs. Josefita C. Benavidez; his children, Jennie Sanchez, Lillie Jaramillo and husband, Paul, James Benavidez and wife, Rosemary, Dorothy Benavidez; his sisters, Adelia Sanchez and Mary Centeno and husband, Frank; his brother, Benny Benavidez; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Benavidez was preceded in death by his brother Tony. Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2008, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Therese Little Flower, 300 Mildred Avenue NW, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Ron Carrillo, presider.
