POSTERT -- Dora Elizabeth Miller Postert, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008. She was born June 5, 1923 in O'Brien, TX to P.D. and Dora Mae Miller. She was married to Stanley Postert, who preceded her in death after 27 years of marriage. Dora retired from the Veterans Administration in 1983. She is survived by her daughter, Jan Postert Sands of Albuquerque; her grandson, Walter R. Jaramillo and his wife, Heather and their son, Gavin of San Diego, CA; her granddaughter, Amy E. McEntyre and her husband, Jesse of Albuquerque; her brother, James R. Miller and his wife, Jane of The Woodlands, TX; her sister-in-law, Gladys Hicks of Grand Prairie, TX; her son-in-law, Will Jaramillo of Albuquerque; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Debra Postert Jaramillo on January 8, 2008; also by her sister, Thelma Miller Grant and her brother, Paul David Miller. Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2008, 2:30 p.m., at French on Wyoming Blvd. Scattering of cremated remains will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
