ABEYTA -- Manuel Abeyta, 87, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Frances Abeyta; one grandson, Joseph A. Abeyta and wife, Sally; great-grandchildren, Mark and Joseph Abeyta; three sisters, Annie Abeyta, Cecilia McKee, and Adeline Lynn; many nieces, nephews and other relatives, who loved him very much. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Joseph Mark Abeyta. A Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW Old Town. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
