Betty was predeceased by her parents, and by her husband of 65 years, Cy Perkins. Betty is survived by her brother, Raymond Burton of Congress, AZ; her two sons, Cy Perkins Jr. and Tom B. Perkins; grandchildren, Tommy Perkins Jr. and his wife Gayle, Lilian Perkins and her fiance, Joe Jewel; and niece, Marjorie Moody.
