SCHUCHARDT -- Richard Dean Schuchardt, 81, a resident of Albuquerque for the past 17 years, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2008. Richard was born September 19, 1926 the son of Leopold and Alice Everding Schuchardt in Media, PA. He had been a computer programming engineer with the Unisys Corp. before he retired. Richard is survived by his wife, Joanne Schuchardt of Albuquerque; four children, Anne Ott and husband Raymond, Jr. of Kentucky, Christine Smith and husband Peter of Pennsylvania, Patricia Lahrheim and husband David of New Jersey, and Richard Dean Schuchardt, Jr. of Virginia; five grandchildren; and one brother, Lee Schuchardt and wife Grace of North Carolina. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln, Rio Rancho.
