SENSEL -- Julia J. Sensel, 89, passed away on July 20, 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Yrene, of Albuquerque; four grandchildren, Michael, Steven, and Holly Yrene of Albuquerque and Don Yrene of Scottsdale, AZ; and six great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. She retired from the Department of Energy in 1978, after having served as a budget analyst and an administrative officer. In 1963, Julia became a Certified Professional Secretary, one of only 273 in the United States at that time to attain this certification. She was an avid reader and had a great passion for music. Julia will always be remembered as a very generous and fun-loving mother and grandmother. Memorial will be held Friday, July 25, 2008 at 2 p.m., at The Daniels Family Funeral Services on Wyoming.
