BERRY -- Rosella M. Berry, age 89, of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Rosella was born in Oregon, but was raised in Las Animas, CO. She married James A. Berry, Sr. in 1939 and, they moved to the Bay Area in California. She relocated to Albuquerque in 1992, and was active in the Westside YMCA. Rosella is survived by daughters, Hannah Elliott and Janet Berry; sons, James Berry and wife Janice, Floyd Berry and wife Carol, Gerald Berry and wife Audrey, Dennis Berry and wife Melinda; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; twin sister, Ruthella Lemke. A Life Celebration Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, at The Rose Garden at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
