CANO -- Rosie Cano, 77, a resident of Albuquerque passed away May 11, 2008, peacefully at home with her loving family at her side. Mrs. Cano is survived by her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Edward Cano; her children, Peter Cano and wife, Jolynn, Jeanette Garcia and husband, Oscar, Ken Cano and wife, Cindi, Christine Garcia and husband, Greg; fifteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Cano was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Cano and Edward Cano, Jr. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Thursday, May 15, 2008, at St. Anne Catholic Church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Anthony Bolman, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are Genaro Cano, Gage Cano, Erik Garcia, Diego Cano, Gregory Garcia, Jr., and Andrew John Garcia.
